Intuitive layout, feature packed context menus and drag and drop management make it easy to organize Learning Events into different learning paths for your Learners. Create certifications, job/role based learning, or any set of curriculums to meet your business needs. Informational tips are available at a click of the mouse. Search the entire catalog via title, description, keywords, target audience and details.
In addition to traditional SCORM 1.2 and 2004 content, Learning Events can be based on classroom / on-site training, webinars, videos, forums, mentor chats, file and URL access. Just about anything you can present on the web can be added to your curriculum Catalog. Non-SCORM Learning Events are tracked the same as SCORM content to allow consistent transcript and learning reports.
Learning Events can be set up with prerequisites and attempt limits to control how Learners proceed through the learning content or access Certificates of Completion. Completion Events, such as Role Award, can immediately grant a Learner access to entirely new learning paths.
Completion certificates can be designed and customized to match to your company's branding using Adobe Acrobat or another PDF authoring tool. Learner and Course information will be dynamically inserted into the certificates upon successful completion. The certificates can be saved, emailed or printed out.

Learning Event Enrollment allows a Manager to assign specific learning content to specific groups, or Roles, of Learners within their Team. For example, you can restrict a network learning course so that it is only available to your Sales department, or restrict software application training to certain Teams which are using that software.
Action Panel tools allow management of both basic and advanced elearning programs. The Panel tool set includes:
- Assign Learning Content to their Learners
- Query and review current assignments
- Manually create attempt records for classroom training
- Delete or Restore attempt records
- Full Catalog search.

Specify which Learner activity notifications Managers receive as well as Role Effective, Expiry and Renewal date notifications - perfect for ongoing certification requirements. Email notifications can be sent to both Learners and their managers to make sure everyone stays on track.
Organize your company's Learners by department, locations, role, or lines of businesses by using Teams. Teams can have specific Managers and learning content access. The Team hierarchy is completely customizable to meet your company's needs - it can be as simple or extensive as is needed.
Managers can add new or update Learners individually or via bulk upload. Learner Roles and Team Membership can be assigned individually or by using handy Access Codes. Extended Enterprise features allow importing users to their respective client portals and synchronizing Learner Access roles.

Specify which Managers have full LMS Administrator permissions. You can also set email batch processing, file upload size and timeout options. Customize Learning Event types for the learning content type and presentation size.
The Accord LMS provides many ways to keep Learners, Managers and Administrators informed of Learning assignments, Learner activity and site status. Email notification can either be global for all Learning Events or only for specific LE. Utilization thresholds can be sent in case you get close to your license renewal date or learner count limits. Every notification can be customized with our exclusive templates.
Create Access Codes to grant Learners any number of Roles and Team Membership. Access Codes can be submitted during Bulk Learner Import, Bulk Role Assignment, form submissions, by URL and custom Completion Events. Once the roles are granted, Learners can then be redirected to any page or portal or even a remote URL. Extended Enterprise features allow Managers to assign roles and access to other portals.
