Role Membership Rules
Learning Role Membership Rules can be built that automatically add or drop Learners to specific roles based on their Learner Profile values and Team membership. This automation can substantially reduce the administration of Learner assignments.
The rules can be simple, or more complex with and / or logic.
Role Membership Rules are automatically applied when:
- Creating New Roles
- Updating Rules
- Creating New Learners
- Updating Learner Profile Fields
- Bulk Learner Import
