Accord LMS 2.13 is available for download. Highlights include: My Team has been completely refactored to provide a more intuitive and functional layout. New Mobile compatible Learner templates. Language Packs and documentation have been updated.

When it comes to eLearning, different companies want different things depending on what they want to accomplish. Regardless of the range of needs and wants, the two most common feature requests are reporting and tablet/mobile compatibility. 

Clients who are hosting the Accord LMS on their own servers need to be aware of the server requirements to support DotNetNuke 7.  Hosted SaaS clients do not need to be concerned as the Accord servers are maintained for you and are already up to par.

The Accord LMS Learner interface can now be presented in a List View format.  The modern and attractive iPad/Mobile compatible layout is easy to navigate and provides excellent response for large catalogs. Quick Links provide immediate access to associated Transcripts and Resources.

The first entry point into deeper learning analytics is the item analysis. Item analysis is a breakdown of the performance of each specific question on a test. And it can provide a significant amount of insight and value for stakeholders.

The Accord LMS now offers seamless integration with the new social tools that ship with the latest 6.2 version of DotNetNuke (DNN).  Provide Learners with a Journal to aggregate all their communications.  Provide Group access as part of Learning content enrollment. Track social contributions in the LMS utilization reports. 

Mobile penetration has changed not only how we consume information, but our preferences in what constitutes good information design. Even if you do not currently deploy training on mobile devices, a “mobile first” philosophy provides superb design principles to positively impact learning outcomes.

Accord LMS 2.12 is available for download. Highlights include: The Learner interface can now be presented in a modern and attractive iPad/Mobile compatible 'List View' layout. Language Packs are provided for French, German, Italian and Spanish.  Performance improvements and updated documentation.

Accord LMS 2.11 is available for download. Highlights include: Support for DNN 6.2 and Social Roles. The Accord LMS now handles both Security and Social Roles. A new Learner > Resource tab option is now available to present non-tracked Resources on a separate tab. Performance improvements, new Icons and updated Documentation.

The Accord LMS provides token/template support for the Learning Event Catalog.  The Catalog can be customized to your specifications using whatever font, backgrounds, images and layout you need to achieve your desired presentation.

I had the pleasure of attending the eLearning Guild’s Learning Solutions 2012 Conference. One of my goals for the conference was to explore the tools offered to develop mobile learning. There were several offerings, but two were standouts in my opinion for very unique reasons.

Accord LMS 2.10 is available for download. Highlights include: Manager Learning Event Catalog TreeGrids can now be loaded ‘As Needed’. Reports can now be filtered based on Teams. Private Logo branding is available for all the Learner Reports. Updated documentation.

The Accord LMS allows integration of data streams from project spaces and business applications into learning data reports more effectively than traditional learning management systems.

Accord LMS 2.9 is available for download. Highlights include: New Learner Transcript tab, template and tokens. Performance enhancements for handling large number of roles and notification processing. Date/Time stamping and general Report updates. Updated documentation.

Learners can now view their own Transcripts.  Administrators can enable Transcripts for any Folder and allow Transcript access to their Learners via the Learner > My Plan tab or the new Learner > Transcripts tab.
